The start of the CMP 2024 year is just around the corner, and we want to make sure that everybody is  up to date on important dates.

 

2024 CMP Dates:

July 13-14

July 27-28

August 24-25

 

2024 Important Deadline Dates:

 

MEMBERSHIP FORMS:  Please complete and return no later than June 1, 2024.  Membership fees are not required at this time but will be collected at the July 13 playday.  No contestant will be allowed to compete until the membership form is complete and signed by a parent or legal guardian.  2024 Membership fees are $50 per family. 

 

Please submit membership forms via email or mail.  Please do not submit via Facebook or Messenger.

 2024 entries fees are $10 per contestant, per day. 

 

There will be a $30 late fee, for any entries received after the closing dates listed above.

 

DRESS CODE REMINDER:  the following western attire dress code will be REQUIRED for all contestants:  long or short sleeve button/snap shirt with a collar, cowboy boots and jeans. Hat or helmet is optional.  Penalty for improper attire:  first offense will be a warning; second offense will be the possible disqualification from the event.  This dress code is also required for all contestants who attend the Annual Awards Banquet.
